as the title says, tell me something about your country. And plz, no spamming.
for example:
location, climate, food, etc. etc.

I'll start:

FINLAND

Location: Scandinavia, Northern Europe

Neighbours: Sweden, Norway, Russia, and Estonia

Food: Mämmi (you english people pronounce the letter "ä" as ae) is traditional food that we eat at Easter. It's made of water, malt, rye flour, sault, sour orange and from tuokko, which I don't know what it's in english.

Climate: Summers are warm, sometimes very hot, and winters are windy and cold, sometimes sleety. And if it's not a sleety then we'll get lots of snow here! That's one thing I love Finland

Enviroment: Basicaly coniferous forest...lots of lakes, no wonder this country has been called "The land of forests and lakes". We have no mountains, but we have fjelds, "litle mountains".

hmm...did I forgot something? @DonutArnold, tell me if I forgot something, will you? Wink

Oh, and 1 thing: Sauna, Finnish invention. It's (shortly) a small (it can be on a separate building or in the house itself) room where you can relax by throwing water into hot rocks located in a sauna stove, wich is already warmed up.

ok, that's the basic info.

JAPAN (In Japanese, it is known as Nippon or Nihon)

Continent: Asia

Neighbours: China, South Korea, and Russia.

Food: You know. Most of it is so obvious. Some food are seasonal, and others change by what dialect and/or region.

Prefectures: Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima,Baraki,Tochigi, Gumma, Chiba, Saitama, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Nagano, Gifu, Fukui, Yamanashi, Shizuoka, Aichi, Shiga, Kyoto, Hyogo, Mie, Nara, Osaka, Wakayama, Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Kagawa, Tokushima,
Ehime, Kochi,Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita,Kumamoto, Miyazaki,Kagoshima, and Okinawa.

Climate: Heh. There are various terrains and climates. That's why we divide them into six climate regions.

Hokkaido: Its winters are long and cold. But its summers are cool. Cool

Sea of Japan: The northwest wind brings lots of snow during winter. It is usually cool, but due to the Fohn Wind, there is a chance that the sea will become hotter than the Pacific.

Chuo-Kochi (Central Highlands): The inland climate is normal. But it experiences large temperature changes between summer and winter, and between day and night.

Seto-Naikai (Seto Inland sea): The mountains Chugoku and Shikoku obstruct seasonal winds. This brings mild weather throughout the whole year.

Pacific Ocean: The Pacific has cold winters with little snowfall (Did that sound like an oxymoron?). Its summers are hot and humid because of the  southeast seasonal wind.

Nansei-Shoto (Ryuku [Southwest] Islands): Subtropic climate. Warm winters and hot summers. Precipitation is heavy. Typhoons are indeed common.

Side notes:
1. If you're wondering where I live, I am in the Hiroshima prefecture.
2. Ramen is common.
3. We were the first ones to build the largest dreadnought (Yamato)
4. Some of our culture is adopted from China.
5. P]-[34|2 our fine arts.
6. If you're going to visit, don't speak the language if you don't know how. Instead look for some people and ask "Anata wa eigo o hanashimasu ka?" (Do you speak english?).
7. We made the Pachinko machines. It's like vertical pinball.
8. Avoid Yakuza. They're either wearing black gangster suits or blue coats. And occasionally any other thing.
9. Different regions have different foods.
10. P]-[34|2 the Rising Sun.

ENGLAND (Know by british people as 'Chavland')

Continent: Europe

Neighbours: Ireland, Wales, Scotland.

Food: Dont know why, but were are meant to be known for Fish & Chips, which i find disgusting. Pretty much any kind of fast food or takeaway in more populated areas. oh and 'Our' (excluding me) favorite food is curry.

Climate: England tends to have a stereotype view about always being dark, cloudy and raining, but normaly during late spring to late winter (now) its normaly sunny and clear skys. Only in early spring is there a chance of snow, (In the recent years anyway).

A Few Notes;
. I live in the south east of the country, and really havent gone more north than birmingham, which isnt that far actually.

. Theres a terible disease going around the country atm, which turns normaly adolescent into something called "chavs" For infomative, please click the following link http://chavscum.co.uk/

SWEDEN

Location: Scandinavia, Northern Europe

Neighbours: Norway, Denmark, Finland and Estonia

Language: Swedish, but also Finnish and sometime English.

Food: I have no really good answer on this but here in Sweden we have been (or at least afaik) known  for eating hummers, crayfish. I live at the more northern part of Sweden so sometime I have been at the fjällen (mountain) and fish arctic char and salmon trout.

Climate: Summers is warm and sometime wind with a mild cold temperature, the winter is cold but it can sometime be sleet and after cold so  its freeze, then its really slippery outside when its more at the southern part of Sweden, the northern is cold and windy.

Environment: There is much coniferous forest and a lot of mountain at the northern part of Sweden.

also when I write this post I can say as addition we swede have some invention like the wrench and pipe wrench (invented by Johan Petter Johansson)
Blow Torch who was invented by Carl Richard Nyberg.
and perhaps that invention we're most famous for, the dynamite who was invented by Alfred Nobel.
This I just said is just some Swedish invention because there is more.

[edit]

If you want more detailed information about Sweden check this site out http://www.sweden.se/

Hmm.. The USA

Overview: Bunch of homicidal maniacs and power hungry freaks. Oh yea... and hicks.... a shitload of hicks.

Climate: Dunno... too much pollution.

Food: Anything with fat.

Government: Corrupt, improperly run, and it sucks

I'm glad I'm from England. (just outside Manchester)

Brazil

Location: South America

Neighboors: All countries from south america, except Chile (I can't be bothered listing them all... too much neighboors, lol)

Food: Errrrrr... depends on the region. In Rio De Janeiro (name of the city and the state that I live) we have 'feijoada', which is rice, beans with a lot of pig meat. Delicious Smile, but I don't eat it everyday. Rice, beans and side dish based on manioc flour with salad and any kind of meat (chicken, ox or pig). Other states have their tradional food which I don't know any english translation for them, so I'll leave you with words such as vatapá, cupuaçu and others.

Climate: The country is too big to have a default climate for all regions. Some places might be too dry or too wet, few places may have snow in the winter, but the whole country is too hot in the summer. In Rio de Janeiro, we don't have snow. We can have weeks raining, but months without rain... it usually rains a lot in the spring and doesn't rain in the other seasons. The usual temperature of our winter is something between 21'C and 32'C (yea, it's common to have more than one day with temperature over 32'C in the winter). Summer goes at 40'C or higher...

Environment: We have a lot of forests and small mountains... and cities... again, the country is too big and the environment can be different in many regions. Here we have few forests... a lot of cities and several mountains. Few lakes. The bay close to my home is completely poluted. I live near the coast, the atlantic ocean is three squares from my home.

And... airplane is a brazilian invention (although some stupid americans insists that that ugly brothers Wright invented something Laughing) and we have a shit load of different types of musics, religions, political ideologies and people with different skin colours living together with almost no prejudice... although there is a still a lot of prejudice when the person doesn't have much money Neutral...

hick=crazy ass people. They have an appetite for nothing but beer and beef products, and maybe the occasional mac n cheese. They have a bad habit of throwing things at each other, particularly beer cans or other people. They drive ford or chevy trucks dating from 1970-1990. I lived in a whole neighborhood full of 'em.

Romania

Location: Central Europe (some say it's Eastern Europe), near the Black Sea
Neighbours: Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldow Republic (or wtf is it), Ukraine, Serbia
Capital: Bucharest (biggest town, 2 mil. ppl)
Population: over 23 mil. and going down.
Surface: I honestly forgot, but it's the 80th country in the world (as surface)
Money: Romania Lei (RON for now, Lei=Lions) (3 RON=1 USD)
States: 42 (5 teritories: Romania Country, Transylvania, Moldow, Basarabia, Bucovina)
Langueges: Romanian, Hungarian, German, etc.
Democratic country (in theory; it's more a comunist country, although the last comunist leader died exactly 16 years ago)
Romania is a very old country; it has more than 3000 years (before 100 it was named Dacia, after 100 it was part of the Roman Empire, till its collapse)
Current president: Traian Basescu (the world's funniest president, the one with the large smile Smile)

Climate: Temperate, warm (now hot) summers and cold winters. The weather is getting weird and new stuff appear, like tornadoes and floods (big ones). Highest temperature is over 40'C in the south and the lowest is -20'C in the Transylvanian Alps (Carpathian Mountains).
Enviroment: All, except tropical (palm trees can be grown tho) Very Happy. In the south a desert is forming. 2/3 of the surface are mountains and hills.
Food: The list would be extremly huge! Over 100 types. One of the best are sarmale (spelled [SURMULA] or something like that, in english of course). It's a cabbage roll, with meat (any kind, including fish) or some vegetables (soja, but it sucks) inside it. It's tasty I tell you. Pics http://images.google.ro/images?q=sarmale&hl=ro&lr=lang_ro&sa=N&tab=wi . We also make a really tasty meat-ball soup. Sweets... oh God, this list is full of goodies. The home-made chocolate is the tastiest. Of course there are chocolate companies as well. One of the best is Poiana
Some inventions: the jet engine, the pen and maybe the air-plane (Banshee, many have tried and realised air-plains).
Music: don't ask or you'll puke. The most popular song, that was on the European charts as well is, I guess you know it Ozon - Dragostea din tei. If you'd hear the translation, you'd say it sux. Folk and country really suck here.

Some notes:
If you don't live in a big city or metropolis and want to visit Romania, try to avoid Bucharest (it's madness there!). In case you go there and want to do some really cheap shopping, go to Carrefour (3 huge malls, owned by a french company, with high quality stuff)
Cities that really worth visiting: Brasov, Bran (here's Dracula's castle), Sinaia, Constanta (the biggest city on the sea-side), Drobeta Turnu-Severin (I think it's cleanest and most pleasent town in the country), Orastie (there lies the Sarmisegetusa, the capital of Dacia, one of the last standing forts from Europe before the Roman Invasion), Hunedoara (there's a beatufilu castle), Iasi, Timisoara. There are more of course,

Location: North America.

Neighbours: The Excited States of America, Greenland (Norway).

Food: Pretty much the same as America's.

Climate: ztyping cold, man. Its snowing like hell, and it isn't even winter yet.

Enviroment: Similar to the U S of A, but colder, and less poluted.

Other Crap: The area I live in is Ontario, right by Quebec (QUEBEC IS BIGGER THAN FRANCE!!!!!), in the Nigara Penninsula, which is right beside the Niagara Frontier, which is American. I'm also loaded with shit loads of white flags and white doves and I got one helluva smile, and my favourite word: PEACE!!!!!!!... j/k. Oh yeah, and my flag is below. Hail to it, or die, bitch.

What state are you in? 'Cuz where I live (U.S.A., too, of course; most of you probably already know that), the only pollution is light pollution from a city about 3-5 miles from here. So for here: Climate: unpredictable. Right now there's sunlight, but only because the brown sheet that's apparently a big cloud is pretty thin. Food here is mostly fast food, pizza chains, and all-you-can-eat buffets, which is pretty much the same as what daTS said.

Germany

Location: Heart of Europe
Neighbours (clockwise): Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands

Politics:
Parliamentary Federal Republic of sixteen states, our current chancellor is female!

Food: Haha, no, not Sauerkraut!!  Neutral
Yeah, the good old image of the German: wearing funny green hats and leather trousers, eating Sauerkraut whenever they can!
However, that's Bavaria (and Austria)!
What I'd consider good German food is "Jägerschnitzel" or "Bockwurst im Brötchen mit Senf" Very Happy

Delicious Jägerschnitzel with fries - you must eat it!
Yes, moar!

Oh, and does BEER belong to food?
Germany shares the rank of being the greatest beer consumers with Australia Very Happy
My favorite beer

Climate:
About 5 years ago you went to Spain or France for vacation, cause usually the weather here is absolutely temperate: mild summers and semi-cold winters, well balanced between humid and arid.

Recently we've been experiencing an extreme change of climate though.
The Spanish and French come to us  Shocked
The general climate seems to get more and more extreme, summers are getting MUCH hotter (40 degs celsius? hah!), if there are storms you gotta be sure your car is in the garage, IF it's getting cold it's gettin really cold.
Effect of global warming? Maybe.

Environment:
Well, temperate.
Neither we have sand deserts nor ice deserts...
We have a few mountains here covered with mixed forests. In the east (former GDR), south and center we have the nicest landscapes.
If you ever go by train far in Germany, be sure to get a window seat!
The Lüneburger Heide

Games
Germany is ALL ABOUT SOCCER!
Shame the world cup is over already. MOAR!

Also Formula 1 plays a big role for the better part of the male population Very Happy

Ruhrpott
The Ruhr area (the "Ruhr" is a river) in Western Germany (state: Northrine Westphalia) is where I live. It's the industrial heart of Germany and may be considered one large city (with over 5 million inhabitants!), as there are no real transitions between cities in this area... you get out of one and you're in the next already!
If you ask me, Germany's capital should be somewhere around here, Berlin is nothing #Tongue (though unlike Berlin, there's nothing fancy to look at here Sad ).

I live in Canada.
My neighbor from Quebec said almost everything.
I'll just add few random notes:
- My country exists only because hundreds of years ago Europeans hungered from imported Beaver hides.
- Seeing the obesity problem in the US, Canada decided to go to the other extreme: Most of us are quite obsessed with eating healthy and staying fit... so obsessed, it's creepy.

Urban Legends:
- The snow never melts in Canada: Wrong, we're experiencing warm weather during the short 3 months of summer.
- We drink almost as much as Russians: True
- The word 'eh?' is the first thing a Canada born baby says: Probably
- Wild animals occasionally wonder into populated areas: Coyotes, raccoons, bears (rarely).

THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN

By the way I live near AWE aldermaston, which is nort of portsmouth.

Continent=
NONE, we're seperated from europe by a little strech of water we like to call the channel, it's saved us from numoures invasions; when you fight britain you're not just fighting the british, you've got to fight the sea and the sky first!

Food=
Nothing overly fancy, the french call us "les rosbifs", literally "the roast beefs". Britain seems to be famous for fish and chips, which is good in small quantities but any more makes you feel sick... We eat lots of "Indian" food which has actually changed so much sice it arrived that it may as well be called "anglo-Indian", for instance there was no chicken Tikka masala before the ignorant white men came along and demanded a sauce to go with their chicken.

Culture=
Not enough credit is given to british culture, we're probably one of the most open-minded countries aywhere, we have arabs, asians, europeans, americans and lots of others.

It's not just the masses either, there was a little man called William Shakespeare of stratford upon avon who wrote the 38 most performed plays of all time and a certain dreamy bloke under an apple tree called Isaac newton... guess what he thought up.

Geography=
The south is flat, open, fertile land and is densely populated, as you go north or wes from the south east it gets hillier until you end up in either welsh or scottish mountains. For its position (on the same latitude as Moscow) it is surprisingly warm, this is caused by the north atlantic drift which carries warm seawater from the gulf of mexico and keeps us at a tolerable temperature all year round.

society=
In more wealthy areas Britsh culture is alive and well, however in poor areas it's as dead as a rifle soldier in a map full of visceroids... this horrible tiberium-like affliction is called being a chav, it involves wearing burberry, talking as cleanly as a public toilet, being on unemployment pay and having been arrested before 10 years of age...

The SAS is good at it's job, mess with them an they'll hand you your
arse on a plate three times...

#Sniper #2gunfire #Good Gift

THIS IS NOT A FAIR (OR PROPERLY BRITISH) REVIEW OF "OUR GREEN AN PLEASANT LAND" (some poet called keates said that btw)
Quote:

A Few Notes;
. I live in the south east of the country, and really havent gone more north than birmingham, which isnt that far actually.

. Theres a terible disease going around the country atm, which turns normaly adolescent into something called "chavs" For infomative, please click the following link http://chavscum.co.uk/

GREAT BRITISH EMPIRE (Better than all your versions Razz )

We once owned 1/4 of the globe and still successfully hold many territories plus our Queen has the Commonwealth (Former British colonies) at her command. The Queen is also probably the most powerful human on Earth (Obviously not physically XD).

Clearly I am patriotic about this nation, maybe a little too much and in my view it should rebuild it's Empire to it's once glorious status! What I like a lot though is our history as an Empire and that we and those sneaky French have grown old together, still ready to kill one-another through the new ages Razz , very cool...

Pretty good, you forgot these parts though:
600 spitfires and hurricanes (with some old crappy biplanes and other obselete aircraft) manned mostly by brits managed to defeat 1200+ME109s.

We Ruled the waves!!! (and if we got rid of labour and got a bigger fleet we would do again!!!!)

Tirpitz, Bismark, Graf Spee and gneisenau anyone? with obselete or untested ships and crews that were too young or too old we sank them all!

Challenger 2, it has a better record than the M1 Abrams, as far as I know an enemy tank has never breached it's hull and the only one knocked out tank-on-tank was friendly fire from another challenger 2.

Harrier jumpjets, the US takes pride in them, we build them AND we used them first.

English is rapidly becoming the language of the Net, you just can't beat a language with a simple base and plenty of possibility to learn more! At a basic level English is very simple as it needed to be for all the different people of the British isles to unnderstand it.

REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA

Location: Southern Africa, no shit.

Neighbouring Countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho (which is totally inside of South Africa), and Mozambique.

Food: There are McDonald's (no Burger Kings), Wimpys, and other resturants which are not altogether famous in other parts of the world. Many families still home-cook their meals, which is a good thing if you ask me.

Climate: Hot as a mo'fo in the summer, but good swimming weather all year round. It is cold as a bitch at night though, because the houses there are designed to let heat escape.

Ethnic Groups: A shitload of black people, most of the white people there are of Dutch descent, and that's the vast majority of what you'll see there.

Other: Since the abolishment of apartheid in 1994, the government is basically all black, supports blacks more, and gives most of the jobs to blacks. Why can't they just equalise things rather than unbalancing everything again, only towards the other side? Oh, and calling someone a kaffir will get you thrown in jail automatically. The crime there is really bad, if you don't have a wall with barbed wire around your house, bars in your window, a gun, and a security service, you're pretty much ****ed.

EARTH

yes, it sucks. like /b/.
actually, there arent many differences.
#44. Earth sucks today.
God, your attempt at (creating) life failed. Please die.

little more serious:
THE NETHERLANDS
surpised im the first here.
pretty much the same as the rest of this damned planet: Lame, boring, shitty.

Food: you can get anything here, really.
Climate: wet, cold, shitty.
Ethnic Groups: too many. pretty much all of them.

Now let's do that a little bit more serious.

The Netherlands

Location: Europe. We're small. We're itty bitty tiny. But we're the tallest people on earth! Beat that, you 'lil Asians! Very Happy

Food: I've got to agree, pretty much everything here, I work at a supermarket and we've literally got everything you can imagine...

Climate: Wet. Cold. Average. In the summer it can get as hot as 40 C, but during winters it won't get any colder than -5 C. This year we didn't even have a proper summer, there was a total of 5 (!) nicely sunny days, nothing to be proud of. Winters usually lack snow where there'll be one to three days in February-April with a 'lil bit of snow.

Ethnic Groups: Lots, but most of us are still Dutchies.

Neighbouring Countries: Germany and Belgium

Environment: Flat. Very flat. Flat, very densely populated. Did I mention flat yet? There is very little untouched land. Most of the "green" areas you see on google earth are fields used by local farms. And theqre's a hell of a lotta farms here. Oh, by the way, it's very flat.

Society: Tolerant. Ridiculously tolerant. You can get weed almost anywhere, same goes for the more dangerous kinds of drugs. We tolerate immigration, we tolerate prostitution, we tolerate abortion, we tolerate euthanasia, we tolerate gay marriage and we tolerate a whole load of other things.

Location: Canada, British Columbia(so there really isn't much for me to say as they already did)
as well I'm far to close to the border between Canada and the US of A Rolling Eyes

Food: Oh I dunno pretty much anything. European, japanese, chinese, etc etc. Basically if I want it, it'll around. Well most of the european food available to me is from my grandparents(mmm who knew my swiss grandpa could make all kinds of food).

Climate: 0c all the time... not Rolling Eyes expect the same stuff as the north of US. What really ticks me is that an american actually asked me if I lived in an igloo the one time I went to visit my american relatives.

People types(ethnic groups): Well surprising a lot of different people. A lot of europeans(many immigrants came to BC), there's a lot of asians here too(WWII camps) as well we have a sister city in Hokkaido called kaminaho(didn't spell it right, I know). A few defects from estados unidos. There is a lot of first nations people here too, but I really don't like most of them(not in a racial sense). In truth most of them do drink too much, as well they're extremely rude and anti-social. Againas I've said I'm not being racist, and only the moajority of them are like this, the rest are absolutely fine. And a final group as Dats put it, there is some hicks here too.

Me: I myself have managed to take both french and japanese, and am currently learning spanish. Both sides of my family are european(swiss and german). Would anyone believe me if I said I share the same birthday as hitler? Shocked (really really for real. And I prefer the cold of the winter to the heat of the summer. As well David Sazuki was held in one of those camp things nearby where I live in BC, and Harrison Ford owns a house somewhere nearby-ish.

Location: Moss, Norway, 60 km away from Swedis\Norwegian border.

Food: Before there was mostly potatoes, now everything.

Climate: Relatively cold, coast climate along the western coast, rainy and warm winters in the low land, in the inner parts warm summers and cold summers. (I live in inner part)

Ethnic groups: Norwegians, Samis, Muslims, and Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and smaller ethnic groups.

Bit of story: Norway was christianized after the viking age in 1030, in 1349 the black death came and killed more than half of the population. Because of this Norway went into a union with Denmark for 400 years and was later forced into a union with Sweden where the convention was signed in my town Moss in 1814. In 1905 the union because of government issues between the countries. Picture of the place is below.

Lucky!
I can barely see sun! The buildings block it! We are all white because of that!
Go hell Microsoft,HSBC and Sun Microsystems!
NOTE:Our govement place is the Rose House, because Pink House sounds GAY, besides is French: Rosè!!!
The meat you comsume is mostly ours,or American or Neerlandese(hail Angus),or British(hail Bedford and Aberdeen).
Once near 1850,the French and British blocked the Buenos Aires port, weakening the Revolution of Mayo and it's campaigns in Cuyo, Chile, Peru, Venezuela against the Spanish Royalists.
NOTE 2:San Martin was a friggin' Mason, all hail the secret societies!! He join'd the masons in London, so if you live there search for a blue plate that says: Here lived Jose de San Martin, Liberator of South America.
The French should search in Boulogne-sur-Mer near Paris, place of his death.

Russia

I sould say,we are one of nations that suffers from stereotypes more than everybody else. Vodka, bears, endless winter... This nonsense was invented 200 years ago, and it still corrupts the minds of people abroad Russia. Iron curtain and cold was stuff, from American propaganda is also a trouble for us now. The Americans have a very nasty habit to put "Evil Russians" in most films, games and etc., while brave Americans kick enemy asses and save the world. I hate such crap, but there is no possible way to beat it.

Well, there isn't much I can tell.

Capital: Moscow (first records of this city date back to 1147)

Climate: in my region (near Moscow) temperature changes from +30 C in summer to -20/-30 C in winter.

Environment: forests, plains, nothing out of ordinary. Mostly Russia is quite clean in ecological meaning. Unfortunately, my town stands near a huge chemical plant, and it causes some troubles.

Nothing against Russians, but the Russian government is recently starting to behave as if cold war didn't end.
Hope next polls will change something about that.
Examples:
Russia (government) attacking Estonian internet.
Russia (government) bullying Georgia (due to the fact that Georgia wants to be in NATO and other)- falling rockets, oil/gas bullying, etc.
Russia (government) bullying Ukraine (due to Ukraine trying to get out of russian influence)
Russia (government) sending ol' coldwar bomber runs close to British (after Litvinenko killer dispute- which was also hired by Russian government if you ask me)
air space, later also close to US air space.
Russia (government) detonating monster vacuum bomb.
Russia (government) supporting Belarus (government).
Putin practically "appointing" his replacement.

FSB having certain influence over russian government.

Note, I'm Slovak, and Slovaks tend to have good relationship with Russians #Tongue. But I don't like the current Russian government. Not one bit. And I wouldn't like any Russian government of the last century for that matter.

And American propaganda legacy pretty much goes for whole former easter bloc right now. Very, _very_ nasty. Makes me want to cut throats of many, many media guys.
(Ever played any game happening in Prague ? Any film happening in any part of Slovakia? Ever seen Prague or Slovakia with your own eyes to compare?)

Quote:
Mostly Russia is quite clean in ecological meaning.

Err. The most part where no huge socialist projects were (Cheljabinsk ?)
The true part about the whole eastern bloc is that some areas look like moonland (If someone has seen "Ostravsko", the heavy industry part of Czech Republic, he/she knows what I mean)

Quote:
"Evil Russians"

Heh. Make some good mods with "Imperialistic Americans" then.
Or go play Original War.
That game will show you how stupid both "Evil Russians" idea and "Imperialistic Americans" idea are.[/i]

same for me Smile

by the way... it was proved that the fallen rocket in Georgia was not Russian. Also, for some reason the remains of the rocket were taken away and they are not showed to any investingation team from several countries... something is wrong in whole this story, don't know what exactly, but time will tell...

Quote:
Russia (government) supporting Belarus (government).

I have no idea what is wrong here.

Belarus is an independent country, and, in my opinion, other nations must not interfere with their internal affairs. To rephrase this, let Europe and US mess with their own turf. If Belarus people want such a leader, it is their decision and others must not disturb them.
Also, for some reason, our leaders "are bullying" Belarus as well, like Ukraine and etc. Putin obviously doesn't want such an Alliance with this people. If it was really his aim, we could become united once again years ago, but it didn't happen.

Quote:
Nothing against Russians, but the Russian government is recently starting to behave as if cold war didn't end

the problem is: the Americans and NATO always behaved like cold war didn't end...

I still remember that phrase, by Zbignev Bjezinski:
We destroyed Soviet Union, we will destroy Russia. You have no chance.

This is one of the reasons I don't have a nation... Rolling Eyes
Politics is becoming one of the only things that matters in the world, next to money, not that I'm saying anything new here. But yes, the US has their hands in too many things in too many places, their economy is failing and their leaders are only looking at war. Most likely thinking it will end up like WW2. They got tons of money and looked like hero's. What they don't understand is there is no money or sacrelidge to this war...I'm still waiting to see the next move...

I'm in the best nation in the world...nowhere... Crying or Very sad

Alright come on, someone must want to argue this... Razz

You seriously believe that?
Putin _is_ supporting Belarussian government and, more important, he _is_ supporting Lukashenko's actions.
People of Belarus want to be under Lukasheno as much as pople of Czechoslovakia wanted to be under Husak.

Quote:

And that's... supposed to be an excuse?
Yaay, people, Americans are stupid so let us all be stupid and blow ourselves up!!!
Seriously, what Putin is doing is restarting the cold war.
Now comes the Cold War volume 2: Shanghai Cooperation vs. NATO!

According to some poll the germans thougt that communism was a good idea but misapplicated.

Meaning if we mix communism with capitalist democracy(70% commies,30% pigs) then we all win!!

America and NATO acting like the cold war didn't end? Please, those fucks in the Russian government just look for a reason to cause conflict. When the UN went against Iran's plans, the Russians jumped to support Iran.
I've lived in Russian and so did my folks, we know all about the Russian propaganda, what the Americans said about Russian is nothing in comparison to what those communist bitches say about the rest of the world.
