"Its a tank!"

Yeah. I made it for a voxel, but then it was too big, and there was a big fight over the turret, but here's the almost original model! Both tanks are there, actually, the one with the original turret, and the one with the large turret.

I'd have to say the same for me.

The only 3D program I have is GMAX.

You need to have the 3ds importer for GMAX. I just don't know where is it available to download. You'd better google it.

<A HREF="http://ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6982"> This[/url] thread has some pictures of the tank after I converted it to a voxel. Those are all I can find right now, but there are a couple others elsewhere...

No. GMAX files are technically not allowed to be exported to MAX and other programs.

i have found a way around that though!
basicly you need ren X and the W3d importer max script (i cant remember were i found it so i attached it.).
1. open Ren X, then open the file you want to send to max.

2. click the file -> export, export to a w3d file (a window comes up, just press ok!)

3. Open max, and run the W3D Importer script.

4. in the max script section (under utilities) there is a drop down menu, select W3D -> Gmax Importer.

5. Click Load W3D Object, select the w3d object you selected earlier press ok and tada!

Note: I doubt you will really care, but some models from Renegade 2 and Battle For Middle Earth might not be properly imported by this script because W3D file format was altered since Renegade (and EA didn't updated its users with a proper documentation).

Hahaha... you're funny. These 5 dollar 3dsmax are illegal versions. Things we don't support it here likewise we don't support any warez program because we want Google to keep linking us. However, you can get a trial version for free (don't ask me what to do with it later Wink).

3ds max costs over $3000, I think.

On the other hand, you can easily find warez sites on Google, so why are you so afraid they'll stop linking to you? #Tongue

It's Google's problem. If you want to discuss it, talk to me on MSN or post in another community forums. Locked.
