Can someone walk me through the process of installing Return of Dawn so I know it will work. Also does anyone else know any better mods for TS?

Your saying take ALL my files out of my TS folder, and replace it with the ROD folder?

shove all the files in the ROTD downloading into your EXISTING TIBERIAN SUN folder. Don't change any existing files inside the folder.

do i extract everything from ROTD 2.6 or just put in the DL file without extracting? Also is this how you install all mods? Mods like New Tiberia Age, Total War, TF: A Dying world?

This mod is special, in that it ADDS on to your Tiberian sun instead of changing it.

um, ask on their forum?

Seriously though... ROTD is special in that it adds on to TS. It seems that more of the newer mods are starting to do it too, but not all of them. Since all the other mods, like A Dying World, actually CHANGE your game, it is not advised to install two mods at the same time.

Anyway. As I see it, for ADW, you just dump all files in your TS directory and then run the ORIGINAL TS game.
But you'll need to see afterwards which files you will need to delete to make your TS normal again.
Also, in case you don't have TS patch 2.03... I'm pretty sure you need it for ADW.

Yes, you need the 2.03 patch, otherwise it won't work. Also apply the soundpatch of ADW, it fixes the sound issues.

And I advise if you want to play more mods, make more TS folder copys, where you can apply mods.

It's indeed not smart to apply more mods in one time, cause it's possible they screw eachother.
