Is there a way to mod the game like with ra2? I downloaded the BIGeditorbeta4 and I can open the gamedata.ini file, but after changing the "rules" how do I put them into effect? Thanks

Place your modified file in a .big file and add it to the CNC3_english_1.0.SkuDef file.

does that apply for stuff other than the fps limit? I wana change up stuff like build times, values, like in ra2
