Can it be possible to have a working bridge which units will walk over?

You haven't placed it accurately enough.

Check to see how close the edge of the bridge is with the edge of the cliff. (If it is too close, extend the bridge or the terrain.) Then also check to see if the terrain right next to the bridge entrance is set to impassable.

Well from the screenshot you showed it looks like it should work. The only thing I can say is the same as my last post. It might be too close to the edge and not hang far enough over the dirt, or the area around the entrance is set to impassable so the units can't get on. the bridge

Have you checked how close it is to the water's edges?

There seems to be thing regarding that, which can cause it to not allow passage if you place the bridge edge too close...can we get a image of it in the editor.

Well there's your problem right there. You've built the bridge parts as individual objects, rather than click nd drag [1 object].

ya just place one section, then click & drag on the dot and it stretches the bridge out.

How do you drag out the bridge when I see no dot to drag. Which unit/structure did you use and where is this drag out button?

You need to have object icons enabled (vew>show object icons)[or whatever it is called, gives all objects a dot at their placement spot]
