As you probably know the current navigational system on the website is bad. The spelling/grammaf is a bit off, stuff is in the wrong category, and it doesn't look very good.

Here's a new menu design done by me, tell me what you think.

Left Menu

PPM
Latest News - Has news
News Archives - Has old news
Mod Project Hosting - Project Hosting
FAQ - New help section will be an FAQ.
Privacy Policy - This needs to be written up and until then, dont have it on the menu
Credits - Credits/Staff
Report Bug - Report A Bug

Community
About PPM - About PPM & Community Features merged
Join PPM! - join ppm
Forums - Forums
Become Affiliate - Become Affiliate
Members - Member list

Mod Projects (Note the game symbol will go next to each mod like in the forum.)
(PPM: (This will be replaced with a tiny PPM symbol to show its a PPM mod, and the TS minilogo)) Final Dawn - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
Red Generals - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
Operation: World Defense - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
C&C Memories - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
Ra2 Massive Destruction - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
TS Retro - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
TS: Total War - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu
Legacy of Warcraft - story, units etc comes up on loaded page instead of being in the menu

Modding
Tiberian Sun Tutorials - Tutorials listed underneath it and has a link to a page with the listed tutorials
Red Alert 2 Tutorials - Listed underneath and has a link to a page with the listed tutorials
Warcraft 3 Tutorials - Listed underneath and has a link to a page with the listed tutorials
Tiberian sun Maps - has a link to a page with the listed maps instead of being listed under
Ra2 maps - has a link to a page with the listed maps instead of being listed under
War3 maps - has a link to a page with the listed maps instead of being listed under

Right Menu

Gaming News (at the top)
Tiberian Sun Community News - Needs a forum to post news in
Ra2 Community News - needs a forum to post news in
War3 Community News - needs a forum to post news in

Headlines
Same as they are now, only they show gaming news as well

Poll Same as it is now

Top Posters same as it is now

Affiliates Listed without categories, just all listed in order. Doesnt need headings like tiberian sun etc

Notes: The menus will also stick to the sides, not leaving any gaps. It looks better this way. So wil the logo. We might also need a new background; the colour is good but the swirly stuff might be a bit weird. Also, the "Welcome Back [user]" thing should be removed, as it sucks and cant even load your avatar properly. Waste of space.

The Gaming News idea is good. But I dont like the modding one. I have different plans for that:

Tiberian Sun
- Story
- Sides
---> GDI
---> Nod
---> Forgotten
- Pre-requisites
- Modding
---> Getting Started
---> Ini files
---> SHP
---> Voxels
- Forums
---> Support
---> Research
---> Tutorials
---> Maps
- Tutorials
---> all tutorials from the forum listing there....
- Maps
---> all maps from the forum listing there....

And do it also with RA2 and War3.

Changes: you dont need to list the sides on the menu, make sides link to a page with the sides there. Problem solved.

Or use a javascript that expands to list the different sides when you click the main category (There used to be one on PPM: The Story, back on team-ppm.com)
