Hi,
which data and .ini i have to open to edit the abilities etc
from the units and structures in cnc3 tw 1.08 ?
cant find it..

no ini's, just XML files, and w3x files(there might be few more, I haven't modded cnc3 much), but you also must have the MOD SDK from EA

You'll need the mod SDK file, as well as the required programs, if you check out cnc3.net and the downloads section, and you'll see it there.

In the Mod SDK folder, when installed, you'll come across a folder with XML files, and from there you'll be able to edit them.

There are several tutorials on editing and modding C&C3, several found at cnc3.net.
