I just got a new comp with vista, and most of my modding programs and working a little strange. .SHP builder will atleast open, and I can still use it, but messages keep popping up saying andom stuff like "I/O error" or "invalid argument". Will future versions of .SHP maker work better with vista or am I doomed?

I say you're doomed, SHP Builder is made in Delphi 6 or 7, and I can't see Banshee moving to an IDE that's up to date.

Actually, I've recently moved to Turbo Delphi (on Vista, in my laptop) and I've been using that for about two months and editing VXLSE III with it. The problem is that Turbo Delphi and BDS 2006 refuses to compile palette.pas. It shows some kind of problem that can't be fixed. In a later time, I'll rewrite this file in order to be able to compile the program again.

The games itself should run, just I heard bad things about online play.
Howevery, Droke told me yesterday that he even plays online on Vista.

TD and RA1 are TFD indeed, but TS and RA2 are the originals. Just use compability mode...

I found a way to bypass that.

Just make sure all users have full control and check the box "run as administrator" by modifying the properties.
