Be sure to enable the grid behind the unit in .hva editor. Load up the body and place it exactly in the middle (all four views). Then load up the turret in another window, while remembering/looking at the body, and place it in the right position, usually so that the turret's bottem should touch the body's upper side. Next, load up the barrel, once more remember where the other parts where placed on the grid, and make it so that the back of the barrel connects to the front of the turret.
Finally, in art.ini, determine how long the barrel is by setting PBarrelLength=, do not mess with PrimaryFireFLH etc, it's only for .shp's.
If your PBarrelLength= setting is right, bullets will come out of the barrel's end, just like any Muzzle flash if you use one. QUICK_EDIT
