I need a free program that will convert avi's to gif, and it can't have limitations on size of avi.

ok ok ok ok ok

first go to www.download.com

next enter "virtual dub", download it, install it

import the movie that you want, select what you want to convert into gif in the movie, now, go to export, create a new folder in your desktop, enter the name that will be for all the picture transformated into bmp format.

when it's done, use image ready or animation shop 3 to convert bmp image into gif image, then compil all the picture, into one gif animated, select the size, the format and the quality, export it, and you have your gif

understand ?
