Help for a project

I need a lil bit of info before I can try a project out, so does anyone know the ratio of RA2 : TS units/structures?

TS = 80% of RA2
RA2 = 125% of TS

something near that...

for resizing... RA2 you make TS buildings 125% their original size, and 80% for RA2 buildings to TS
