Well, I have priority projects, such as Tiberian Odyssey, and I just don't have the time or resources to do Helios War. So, here are the models, in .max format, up for public download, and an image of them.


for some reason, the Heliopolis Power plant wasn't in the group, and I can't find the model for it. But the rest are here.

Included here is:
Kings Cross (Dark military scheme)
Power Plant
Barracks
Radar
War Factory
Essex Transport
Carrier
Mobile Shipyard

Heliopolis
Stasis Chambers (barracks)
Sensor Station (radar)
War Factory


Feel free to modify, distribute, or use any of these models for whatever purpose you wish, just use proper credit and let me know (I won't have a problem with it)


Note: None of them come with animations seen in Mod Announcement thread. Animations were all post-3ds photoshop work.

Edit: To anyone who downloads these models, please do not use the Kings Cross (dark grey/ brown) war factory or barracks directly in anything. You may use bits and pieces of it if you like, but they are featured in the new Helios War. The others, you are still more than welcome to use.

Models have decent forms but look unfinished. They are too clean looking

lacking detail. They look a lot better than your previous efforts although it

would help out a lot to look closely at the buildings in Odyssey.

well, you use the "camera" i have set in the .max files, then with the settings I have set, ensure you have background anti-aliasing turned off, and render to .png.

then you convert from that. Smile

It should be noted that you effectively gave licence when you originally posted to do anything with them, so anyone who downloaded prior to the edit you made would not be bound by your new T&Cs. In future, do not give permission to do things with your work that you might not want people to do at a later date, you can't retroactively change T&Cs on people.

I used the Radar and the power plant.
Directly from that render up there.
And I didn't bother with those huge things around the back.

*little bump*

You know, these models are practically perfect for generals. Sure they need a little bit cleaning up, but with like 5 minutes of work for each they are absolutely perfect for generals. By clean up I mean get rid of unused points and polies, like your cylinders (you've got mid points in them), I did a dew minutes of work on one of the war factories, and it came out pretty well, and it would have been even better if it has the textures.

I zoomed out. Since it doesn't have textures and I didn't color it my way, It looks really bland zoomed in. But with a little bit of touch ups, these are perfect for Generals.
