You'll find it quite hard to get completely new downloads for RA2. There are very few people who actively make SHPs and those who generally don't release them to the public. The only real way you'll get anywhere is to do them yourself. In the past month we've only received 4 RA2 downloads and no TS ones.
If you go for completely new downloads here isn't much of a chance of you getting off the ground quickly unless there's an influx of them. Whatever you want to do though, good luck. _________________

- I'd like to remind you that not all shps/voxels/w3d stuff from Detail's Editing Source are available in Savage War (and probably the same applies to YR Argentina). I've seen a lot of stuff that were C&C Origin and werent in Savage War for lazyness reasons . If I were you, I would talk to Detail upload the stuff he had... QUICK_EDIT
A lot of isn't at either SW or YRARG because the zips that were at the old ES were corrupt, non-existant or empty (who submits empty zips?) but i think just about everything that worked was uploaded to the two sites. QUICK_EDIT

Also, I filtered out the really crap stuff, ie. anything which had little effort put into (there was a tank which literally was a square with a turret and no normals).
EDIT: I'd like to point out to PSP owners that there's a good way of recolouring in it (that I personally find best to use) that you'll find in Colours -> Adjust -> Hue, Saturation & Lightness
It's a lot more powerful than the SHP Builder's (no offense meant, it's something you should aspire to, the program is good work) but gives you less control over the individual colours that come out. _________________

Yeah, but PSP recolours the tones and highlights as well, at the same time so they math the overall colouring, so you don't just get, as we've been seeing of late, conscripts (as an example) with blocks of a single color for clothes. QUICK_EDIT
it isn't more powerful in that aspect cos the 2 things are compleatly different , BS SHP Builder's recolour is designed for pixel to pixel changing, PSP's thing u mention would change the entire frame(correct me if im wrong) this could never b done well in BS SHP Builder due to the 256 colours.
Recolouring in BS SHP Builder is designed to recolour parts of a thing, not all of it, for a compleate change liek the colour things that VXLSE has for changin allies -> soviet , etc you would need the same system to be "installed" into the SHP Builder.

You can do 256 colour changes, it just changes the palette, then you use the old one again and it'll use the colours. And remember you can have a pcx as one whole file (which I personally prefer) so you can edit it all at the same time. _________________
