Basically I'm taking the concept arts and super renders and resizing them. I found that zooming out in paint makes everything a look less pixely than accually resizing them. (So what I do is zoom out, prtscrn, then paste and do minor resizing).

They all look good, other than the apoc - it looks wavy, like it's oil painted.
Best one, imo, is the bullfrog.

I did it in paint. What do you want me to do? Make a square face in anim8or, apply the above as a texture, and render it with AA on? Thats about as much as I can do, and I don't think it would work.

Well If you needed some high grade cameos, I suppose I could run afew through PS and do alittle more work on them to get that AA effect. It would only be a 5 min job:P

No, get a better image editor, and resize the renders with AA on.
It takes no effort, just looks better.
You could use the PS like Mortecha said, or GIMP (gimp is free)

To be honest, the difference to me between DaFool's and Mortecha's are negligible.

They both look good.

They do look sharper, but cameo's aren't that important, if they show which unit it is, than it should be fine i think.
