Something I found myself in need of a bunch of times already is a feature which would allow me to increase or decrease the brightness of the remapable colors of an SHP by a tint; to shift the brightness of the remapable colors up or down by 1 tint by simply clicking [+] or [-].
So far I've been doing it manually via the replace colors thingy, but it still takes a lot of time to click all colors to replace 1 by 1.

So in other words, what I need this tool to do is that when you click [-], color #31 becomes #30, #30 becomes #29, #29 becomes #28, #28 becomes #27, etc.
And when you click [+], color #16 becomes #17, #17 becomes #18, #18 becomes #19, #19 becomes #20, #20 becomes #21, etc.

I agree, this would be a very useful tool.

It would be better yet if we could simply click and drag any range we want to do this too. So brightening/darkening no longer takes making a scheme or manually filling out the colour replace tool.

that would be excellent, pretty much every time that I use the "color replace" tool, it is to darken/lighten an entire range of colors just a step or two, and gets pretty tedious.

Maybe like a click and drag selector on the pallette, and then a value up or down that you'd want them all changed to.
