Maybe he is suggesting multiple "generals" on your sides. These "generals", even if you don't want them as skirmish/multiplayer options, could at least be put into the campaign.

Personally, I really don't see the need, aside from a little more feeling of depth.

This is not spam, I was genuinely leaving this as a clue that you would assume means taking the actor in C&C3 as a personality in this mod. C&C3 is irrelevant, forget about that, in my version of TI's story this guy has never appeared in any future war like Tiberium Wars, he is just assuming the position of the highest Nod General, since the team has killed off Kane...

Nah, the TI story is already well planned out and includes much depth, adding excess characters isn't; necessary.
