i am a C&C fan in fact i like TS i just could never find ANY addons! i never even played any RA1 addons!! it not my fault theres no decent shops where i live _________________ That acting was so bad I think you gave me Cancer...

Ebay does suck. There are hundreds of other places, there's this thing called Google. If you put in the words "Buy" and "Firestorm" and maybe some "Tiberian Sun" you'll get about a jillion matches. Tons of places, of the top of my head thinking of Half.com and Amazon.com (which if I remember correctly do allow refunds) you know, and stuff.
Besides, why would you want to copy TS/FS and then return it? Half of it is having the game on your shelf (and it's so inexpensive) just to look at and go "yup". Well, not really. But like I said, it's cheap. I mean seriously.
