how do you convert shp to pcx, change fps then back 2 shp

Is it possible?

cos all i need for my atlas is for the legs to move slower!

is it possible to convert my atlas shp to pcx then change the frame rate then convert it back?

frame rate? shp is not gif... you can set the rate of the animation in art.ini...

Indeed, look at the Rate tag. 900 is maximum and the fastest, you can go as low as 1. It's in frames per minute. (so per 60 sec)
