Suggestion (TI as portable app)

Would it be possible, for Beta 3, to be released as a PortableApp?
My reason of this suggestion, is that I am tired of having to do a custom file conversion to put it as a USB possible game.

Hasn't TI always been stand-alone already? Considering TS doesn't really require any registry keys (unless you wanna play on XWIS), that practically already makes it portable as-is.

^^Correct. TI is already portable as there is no installation.

TI works as standalone and works perfectly from a USB stick as long as the stick is fast enough, unless the system it's being run on blocks TI's attempt to register Blowfish.dll (UAC does this for example).

I know that TI works well on USBs, its just that it is hard to get it to work on portableapps's launcher, a USB quicklaunch of sorts.

I've never used the program you're on about, but I don't see the problem with directly running TI (or any other TS mod or even TS itself) normally by browsing to the directory it's in and then just running the exe.
And if that's too much work, create a shortcut to it in the root of the USB drive...
And if even that's still too much work, create an autorun.inf file int he root and direct it to TI's exe; for example

After doing this you should be able to run TI directly from the auto run menu that pops up when you plug in the USB drive.
