these are 1x1 and 2x2 cliff templates. They were made to be used with the RA2 Max script and in conjunction with DonutArnolds cliff tutorial. Just skip the first part of DonutArnolds tutorial where it has you make the planes. Just start at the part where you round off the top and bottom of middle plane.

A normal 1x1 cliff is 90x105 and these are 90x106. 1pixel off. Same for the 2x2 cliffs. It's as close as Max measurements would allow me to come. But an easy fix in any photo editor. I'm working on the other angles and should be done soon but these should get you started.

Just follow these simple steps after you have completed DonutArnolds cliff tut.

Once you have finished, Run the RA2 Script. ONLY choose CreateCamera, Shadow lights, and fill lights. Then close the script out. DO NOT RENDER IT with the RA2 script!
Now open Render Settings, click Renderer, change Filter to CatmullRom then click Render. Save your image in PNG form. Open up your photo editor and the image of your cliff. Once you have it open go ahead and Crop the image. If done correctly you should have a 90x106 image. Now resize it to 90x105 "for 1x1 cliffs" and 120x120 for "2x2 cliffs" You'll still have to do your own Extra Images manually when making your tiles. Good Luck.

I've added some pics to help.

pic1- shows file in max
pic2- shows rendered image
pic3- is cropped image
pic4- just shows the size after crop, 90x106

I'm adding these for those of you who do not have Max. These are all the images of the front facing cliff's. The cliff image itself has been erased. This makes it easy to just copy and paste these templates over an existing cliff image. However some photoshoping will be necessary.
Things needed will be an image of grass, dirt, and a cliff/rocky type image. After placing the template on top of a cliff/rocky image, copy it and paste it as a new image. Then just erase portions of the upper and lower planes to add your desired grass and or dirt. yep that simple. After you have completed your cliff save it in a new folder somewhere easy to find and then open xcc mixer and temp editor. Start with cliff01. extract cliff01 to wherever and open it with temp editor, then right click, Load complete image "the image of the cliff you just made", save and done.

Oh yea, and dont forget to put your new cliff's in an expand(md).mix so they override the existing cliff's.

For the rear facing cliff's, they are easy as pie, you should be able to manage them on your own, just make sure to use the same grass, dirt, and cliff/rocky image for them as well.

thought I'd add some rear cliff templates as well. They are not all here yet, but here's enough to get started with.
