Infantry frames/sequence problem

Subject description: Need Help matching/fixing my shp frames ingame

*** searched forums for solution, no luck****

-I have infantry shp (ra2) from a realised mod thats complete ( walking frames, fireing frames, idle frames ect.)
-i edited it for (ts) using the ordered sequence the from an e1 entry as a example
- walking, idle, die looks perfect ingame but the fire "direction" is wrong.
example: force fire south... the animation that starts shooting is southwest

ive added and removed frames in shp builder in hopes to "align" the fire direction, but i hit a wall and need help.

is the a step by step tutorial i can use that i missed, or just a step by step process someone can give me i can follow to line everything up?

can get pics if necessary

Never, never mess with the SHP frame order. And learn the sequences from either XCGamer's art.ini guide or the TS ini comments.

ok, so ll start over with the original SHP(ra2), which wont work in (ts) because of the sequence (art. ini) right?

i guess what i need is a tutorial on how to convert it, or a start-to-finish method to make a new SHP "copy and paste" it so it will work in (TS).

Any help will be great,

i also looked at the art ini, will it work using the ra2 asset with fixed shadows and adjusting the art entry

Sequence = infantry animation sequence name
Crawls = Does the infantry have crawling animation [else it is running] (def=yes)?
FireUp = frame of projectile launch when firing standing [required if it has firing animation] (def=0)

Stop changing the shp. There is no need at all to touch it.
Just edit the Sequence in art.ini as some keys don't exist in TS like the cheering and other things.
For that open the SHP in shp-builder so you can see which frame shows which image. Then open art.ini and adjust the sequence numbers. The art.ini comments tell you everything you need to know, to work out how the correct sequence has to look like.

Sequence looks wrong to me, keep in mind, shp builder sequence tool does not do correct values automatically so default values are not to be used and you are supposed to fill them in yourself.

values go like in Walk=first value here is starting frame number followed by, amount of frames for that facing animation, again same basicly but facing forward amount.

so generally can be Walk=8,6,6 (start from 8, 6 frames per direction, 6 frames forward we switch direction and if we have no facing specific frames we put 0.

Also, if it's a RA2 infantry, use it's sequence from the RA2 art.ini, that'll work.
