i have seen the basis for it in the sref (prism tank) ini, can it be done and it there any sercret to it, cos i tried it with my mechs, but the mech only fired the first weapon...i just put...

weaponcount=3
Turretcount=3
Weapon1=ERPPC
Weapon2=LRM15
Weapon3=LBX10AC

In the art i just copied the sref code and added logical extensions for the mutiple weapons on my thor

But it didnt work, any ideas how i can get it to work?

You can't. That thing for the Prism tank is just so that the turret will animate when firing.

Units can only have 2 weapons, not including C4.

You can have more than 2 weapons, manipulate the gattling logic. I don´t know exactly how to do it though, it was explained some time ago at deezire´s forum.

I remember that it was Lt.Zack who asked about it, it was a couple of months after the release of YR. It seems logical to work but I don´t know to which extent. Anyway it might be worth testing.

Something to do with long gat reset times and quick changes or with the game choosing different weaps based on ability to attack diff armors?
