I didnt play it for age but when I pick up it to play again today it extremely fast (even lowest game speed set) and unplayable. (seem like my con is too powerful for it...)

Dunno if its anything similar like TS or RA2 but I always set game speed to 5.

well even slowest setting, ai still beat me before i can deploy mcv. that's problem. Confused

And compatibility didn't work? Win98 mode seems to slow things down for me.

Not likely unless there's a patch to allow that. Dune 2K was built off the same engine that powered Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert so it likely has the same limitations. Someone at Fed2K might have fixed that though.

you can play Dune in Openra =) since a short time there is support for this game as Mod Smile

IIRC, and it was a while ago, I ran it through DosBox and had no issues with speed.

Though I may be confusing it with Dune II.
