Questions regarding 3D Modeling techniques.
I have a base human model (using Blender 2.63) and I'm curious to know how you guys go about turning a generic human into a soldier.
Do you model the armor in the same mesh as the base model?
Do you duplicate the model and delete what you don't need and work from there?
Do you just add another cube and begin roughing out the details?
