Not sure if this was added in Yuri's Revenge or was already doable in RA2.

But the Slave Sequence has an entry called "FireUpSounds="

This allows you to also add another Sound for that sequence. This is played for every individual unit who uses this sequence. So you might want to make a unique Sequence for units you wish to use this extra effect.

Not limited to just FireUp action either. I haven't tested it on all of them, but I reckon it works on every sequence action. The lack of mention for invidual INI flags in game executable points to this as well. Flag itself takes two whitespace separated values, first one, being a number, most likely tells how often to play the sound and second value is the actual sound entry ID.

Most likely YR addition, by the way.
