Flak Troopers are anti-armor and anti-aircraft infantry of the Soviet Empire. Former convicts or homeless are gathered by the Soviet Military in training camps. Undoubtedly due to the large group training is usually left sub-par. Payment for their 'service' in the army is either housing and food or freedom.
