This is the first beta 13 revision. Here's the changelog:

-> GIF files are now imported correctly.
-> GIF files are imported faster. First frame takes longer, but following frames are very fast, due to the GIF caching procedure.


Note for coders, the addition of ClassGIFCache.pas, which holds all frames from a GIF file. Each bitmap being a frame. The ClassGIFCacheManager.pas holds all ClassGIFCaches.And FormMain includes one GIFCacheManager, totally managed from SHP_Image_Save_Load.pas.
