Alive?
Is Ares alive or have AlexB given up due to lack of testers?
(Please dont turn this thread into a flamewar, its a simple question). _________________ "I'll be staying strapped cuse my mac-eleven make my nuts bigger" QUICK_EDIT
I'm still here, silently working on resolving some problems. Hope to be done with it soon. For example, it seems the upgrade to VC++ 2012 somehow broke the exception handler. That is the fancy thing that tells you "IE! IE! IE!" and creates the except.txt and memory dumps. Thus, debugging crashes is a little harder at the moment. On the other hand, I haven't received any new crash reports lately, so Ares might finally be stable now.
And I need to do some internal work, which is required for certain functions. For instance, it will make it easier to create new tags that default to other tags, without relying on special values like -1 (see Survivor.ElitePilotChance). At best, you won't notice anything has changed. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
