So I have a plenty of Apollo's old animations that are in RA2 anim.pal, and I want to convert them to TS. However, all of the palette conversion options (full difference, structuralis) result in some of the white colours being replaced with...dark blue. I haven't found a way to fix this. Compressions don't matter. It's annoying having to replace each colour on every animation that I want to convert, especially since the colour replacement tool doesn't allow continuous selection.

EDIT: I tested "converting" from RA2 anim.pal to the same palette, and the results are the same. Colour #21 for exmaple is turned into colour #238 Neutral If I go and replace these colours with the original colours, and repeat the conversion, the same thing happens. This problem also persists with other animations (even stock RA2 ones), so the problem must be related to the conversion tool.

I thought I had the most up-to-date version, and that the problem Apollo reported was a different one. It would be nice to have a link somewhere to the latest beta version (somewhere obvious, meaning not having to navigate to WebSVN).

Noprob, was annoyed by this issue as well, since I use many of Apollo's unified colored palettes.

This .exe in the SVN now comes with an auto-installer that downloads all necessary files. You don't need to replace an old install anymore.

Strange...I still get this issue with some animations, though I might've found the issue. When converting, a stack of remap colours appears at the corner, and if I undo my palette conversion, I can see the colours at the "remap" scheme are the ones that turn blue.

Always reselect the palette after conversion, that fixes it here.

Nope, problem still persists.

EDIT: Hmm, selecting SHP Type -> RA2 -> Animation before converting seems to prevent the glitch. Weird, but I'm cool as long as it works.
