Why are we still discussing this?

Occupants of an urban combat building gain experience on their own, independent of the building, and the building's "experience" does not affect the occupants in any way, nor should it. If the building has a weapon of its own and is Trainable=yes, then it can gain its own veterancy from kills it scores with its weapon.

Ask Nimo, he revived it.

@Worm - that's what I meant. Have never had a UC building with its own weapon, so wasn't sure if unloading the "operators" would destroy its veterancy.

When the operators leave, they take their own veterancy with them, but the building itself should keep its own experience if it has a weapon of its own that can score kills without an operator inside.

I have not tested if a UC building is able to properly gain experience from its own weapon while other units inside as well, but in theory it should work perfectly fine.

Garrisonable buildings can't have weapons. They don't work.

Well then there's your answer. A garrisonable building thus has no way to gain experience of its own, thus making this all a moot point xD

There seems to be aproblem with the logic.

Game crashed just after a natively veteran YAWEAP got destroyed by kirovs

It could be unrelated... or perhaps not.

I post the syringe for those in the know.
