You could at least have noted that the same request was made by Jeeves almost 6 years ago.

Also, requests for shit to emulate other shit are generally bad.
You're requesting the modification of an existing game function anyway - so if you want more than two weapons, why don't you just support the request for that? Why do you fracture support and attention and divert development time by requesting something entirely different to emulate what you actually want?

If you want gattlings on infantry, find a convincing argumentation for gattlings on infantry. Don't argue with the projected awesomeness of an entirely different feature.

Here is one argument: If the GGI is using missile luancher on the move it will fire normaly but when it deployes it will use the gatling logic. First 5 seconds will fire a targeting laser weapon and after that will fire missiles with faster rate of fire.

Theres one problem in your argument. The way weapon system works in RA2 you'd need to overhaul it for the Javelin Style. New Tags that would look something like this...

Not to mention that for the moment Units which use Gattling Logic can only have one AttackCommand Line. Theres more factors to put up with...

But honestly I think just allowing the Unit to have Gattling is enough having the problem to allow it to have Deploy Weapons makes the unit go whazoo.
