You need to change the palette on the image. Open it in SHP Builder, press Alt+A and convert it into the right palette.

I got a tib problem too. I tired changing 1 shp of tib from tibsun to ra2 temperat pallete (ore uses it it seems), but it won't show up ingame. Not at all.
I tried making it a 3rd resource, not make it replace ore. Any hints? Which file to put the shp? Any other things to note while recreating tib?

Remeber that TS terrain is smaller than RA2 terrain, so you need to resize it too to fit RA2.

Do I have to make new terrain to allow tiberium as 3rd resource (It doesn't seem like ore needs?)?
I have seen this http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=268790 and had to try and change tib to ra2 format myself (since link was not working). Didn't make a tibtree for tib yet.

My tib rules.ini example:
[TIB3_01]
;Image=TIB3_01
Name=Tiberium
Tiberium=yes
LegalTarget=false
RadarInvisible=false
RadarColor=0,200,0

This is the 3rd tib:

[Vinifera]
Name=Tiberium Vinifera
Image=3
Value=100
Growth=1400
GrowthPercentage=.1
Spread=2700
SpreadPercentage=.1
Power=0
Color=DarkGreen
Debris=CRYSTAL1,CRYSTAL2,CRYSTAL3,CRYSTAL4

This is not missing:
[Tiberiums]
0=Riparius
1=Cruentus
2=Vinifera
3=Aboreus

What might I be doing wrong?
This is all I got related to tiberium exept the .tem file itself.
