Ok. After almost 4 months of inactivity, I decided to speak up regarding this. According to Alex, the reason why I got an EIP of 0063B944 because a certain object in my rules.ini is higher than the repair step itself. Other than that, the game leads to division by zero, as stated by AlexB. I need help but first I need to know how the game divides.

You can't have a building that is repairable via the wrench repair option and has Strength value below the value of RepairStep. It's simple as that.

So does this mean structures like upgrades have those in my ini file?

I don't have a clue what you mean, but upgrades can't be damaged or repaired in the first place.

Ok so here's what it's like. By the game starts, IE pops out immediately. What I'm trying to say is if I have any of my upgrades  have the  wrench repair option.

Like I said, upgrades can't be damaged or repaired to begin with. Only the structure the upgrades are placed on can receive damage (and thus be repaired).

So... Is this what AlexB meant on the part "this leads to division by 0?"

Mmmhmmm. Statement accepted. Also, the lack of Construction Yard will also result in to this for those who don't  know. I checked my ini. Found out Con yard tag was missing which is odd to my surprise....
