Ok,im sure we've all seen the BETA screen... see? most of the NOD buildings in there have seperate graphics. namley the Comm. centre,and the Silos. why dont we incoporate this into RoTD? Now,not the Conyard,as that'll require 2 CYs,ect. but,im sure some of those other details would add a pleasing touch to the game,and much more details. Wink

He wants Nod logos on the buildings, and buildings with the grey-on-red color scheme, that's all.

It isn't just the radar. And if they had implemented that idea in C&C, it wouldn't have been separate graphics, either. Nod was supposed to have its team colors actually split in 2 parts, one grey and one red. The grey would be used for units, while the red would be combined with the darker colors of the grey on buildings. Meaning that the actual buildings were the same, but its remappable parts would be split up in 2 areas. For GDI, both these areas would have the same colors, while with Nod it'd be one grey and one red.

If you take a look at the C&C temperate or Desert palette you can still see that a)Nod has only 8 red colors and b)the GDI colors are split up in 2 almost identical series of 8 yellow colors.

I've studied the color palette of that pic and compared it to the real C&C palettes; it's very interesting Smile

Dunno if it's worth the work creating all the new buildings just for these changes though.

I just whant to ask. The sidec01 and sidec02 mixes works only with GUI graphics? Have anybody tried to put diferent gtcnst.shp, for example, inside?

But this is not possible in Tiberian Sun,or TD AFAIK. the only way to achive this effect is in SHP Builders. i think it'd be loveley to add to RoTD.
