A new multiplayer map created by me, to be released in an update later today. It is one of the few multiplayer maps that forces players to rely on naval units and aircraft, alongside Island Raiders and Perilous Islands.

looks nice.
Maybe a tad small for my taste, but surely enough for most other players.
A few islands also seem to have significant shorter routes to the 2nd tibfield.
e.g. bottom right has instant access to both fields, while top left has a very long route to 2nd field.
the 2nd field for top left island also seems a tad smaller than the others.

A few more details like trees, terrain types and debris might be good too.
Also some subtle lighting on the resource fields.
I also like to place some darkening light posts on water to give the impression of deeper and lower water.

The idea was that starting locations with faster access to the second ore field would have less build space. Although now when I look at it, bottom right looks OP.

I find snow map lighting a pain since with the white terrain the tile-based lighting always makes the tile borders visible when using light posts. So, I generally avoid light posts in snow maps. Blue ones can be made to look alright in some instances though.
