I need a cameo for Just West's Yuri Robot Tank. I'm using it as Sniper Drone.

Can anybody make one for me?

Yes, at least with PixBuilderStudio. I don't have Adobe Photoshop.

I don't know what obscure tool you are using but yeah even gimp is probably better and just some proper use of the brush tool to paint it on the cameo the edits you want.
