Oh and 2BUs (Blender units) = 1 cell, so giving them the right scale helps you to visualize the possible final result better.

Idk, maybe it won't be good as a building it self, but it could fit, or fill as a component on a building, save the file for later to the very least.
On the other hand If you want to change something of it, you could try to remake the center component, I don't know what you're creating, but it could fit as a defence structure well if you make something on the center that could fit the function.
