I'm using it as Tech PPM Site Office on my mod but it doesn't have anything special that says PPM Site so usable as another thing. .psd file is also included.

That elevated fence for the door looks bad/unrealistic.
The half height, cut of windows on ground floor look bad. The half way cut of columns between the windows, not going down to the ground, make it look like standing on windows only or floating above ground.

Other than that, not bad for a copy/paste job.
