I am playing around with the TS palettes I thought I would upload them to you guys, so the first thing I did was see how badly I could mess up the temperate palettes.


Then I made working temperate palettes.

um, i have an ok looking palette. It's the original one.

I fail to see the reason for this topic.

The OK-looking palette is nice on the Nod buildings, it gave them a CABALy feel. I like that bluish tint.

the blue sheen does look a bit nice..but 1st one pretty yucky glitch effect.

Anyways. Palette Shifting  can be fun!

It also makes the brown more orange, as well as making the grays blueish.
Um, the first one had pretty much every color in unitem.pal replaced with a blue shade, then temperate.pal had mostly green blue gray, and finally isotem.pal had the whole thing replace with gradients close the originals (but flipped and some had whit in them.)

Ickus is that an inverted Tiberian Sun palette?

pretty much, the snow theater was greyscaled else you get a nice oily amber highlight due to the blue tones on the original pallette.

Is there a palette editor that allows you to export palettes as images and the import them?

Select the palette in Mixer and copy a random SHP into PCX with it. When you're done save that PCX and Copy as Pal in Mixer again.
