No, unless you have the 3d source files. Scaling it with Photoshop will ruin the details.

You can easily make it bigger with any Gfx editing program, XCC Mixer even has a resize option that can be done in a few clicks.

As pointed out tho, increasing the size will make a lot of the details blurry & isn't recommended.

get a 3d modeling program like blender or 3dsmax, then create a new 3d model which looks like this. Shouldn't be too hard, since it doesn't has that many details.
Then you can render it in any size you want.
