Hey!

Since the few last Ares builds I am experiencing sound issues - it usually starts when clicking fast on the menu buttons - the sound becomes crippled and stuttering in different degrees - in game the bug continues.
In order to resolve it I have to restart the game over and over till the sound plays as normal.

I have no problems with other media on this laptop.

Greetings!

Could there be a new audio file that is maybe corrupt or invalid? Something the sound engine chokes on?

Back up your files, do a fresh install of YR, install Ares, test.

Could be audio.bag/idx pair is corrupt (replaced bag but forgot idx or viceversa mistakenly) and points wrong offsets for some files, reinstall would fix this too, alternatively try removing the ones in root, maybe mix original ones work.

I would not be surprised if thats the reason.
