An interesting map with some nice trigger work.
With some more details to the landscape (more various groundtypes and ground detailing, trees, overlays etc), this could be a map worth being implemented in TI.

Once implemented, a short Briefing should be included in MPMaps.ini for this map, to describe in short a few of the special features. So the player knows that this is no normal map.
e.g.
[Maps\Default\Escalation_Valley]
Description=[2] GREEN Escalation Valley
Author=Green
Briefing=This map has a dynamic tech tree which starts small but increases the build options over time. The same way the map expands over time. Adjust your strategy accordingly.


Things to improve
-near crystal cliffs, should be some crystal/mold ground placed
-a bit more trees on grass areas
-slopes less straight and a bit more natural random
-the blue tib field for the northern player isn't completely accessible, since the northern 3 rows of cells of the playable map area are always impassable (even with the map fully expanded, almost half of the blue field is not accessible)
-there should be a little bit bigger border (about 5 cells wide) outside the northern red map border. otherwise aircraft can get stuck there
-the map should expand more uniform, the second big expansion is mainly to the south only, giving only the southern player a lot new terrain to expand the base
-invisible tiberium spreader should be placed under tibtrees/crystals
-each time the tech tree expands, a text message should appear (in addition to the Speech action). maybe even add some kind of invisible light post on each start location which you activate for a short duration, giving the base some light effect and this way visually notify the player

this map should be used to discuss the dynamic, event based, tech levelup concept, to see if it should be developed into a new game mode to augment multiplayer deathmatch, coop or capture the flag modes.
