Is this map even playable on higher tiers?

In RA2 it was pretty garbage since you really couldn't stop a Kirov Airship... #Tongue

The only comparable to Kirovs would be a Nod subterranean artillery attack and deploying them on top of the cliffs, where most of the ground units can't reach them.

Other than that there should be an appropriate defense available for any one sided offense.

The top of the cliffs have been blocked with special, invisible overlay, so no need to worry about artillery there.

True. Greater overall game balance definately helps (Kirov is, let's face it, pretty broken in RA2).
