The Bio Reactor is the Syndicate's answer to providing power to their bases. Generating power through a mysterious liquid that uses organic material as fuel. The Reactor can further be increased in efficiency by ordering individuals whether they be willing or "coerced" by Yuri's Soldiers to function as a living battery. The Chaos Cell has spearheaded an upgraded version which can house up to 6 infantry and also releases a tiberium mist that heals your Mutant Infantry.
