First I have to say that's a great program you got there, I only tried it very recently because I normally don't use 2d to make my shps, but it's proved very usefull for the what I needed.

I just have one suggestion, I'm not sure if you got this planned already, or even if it's possible, but if it is, it'll probably be very usefull to shp makers, especially building makers.

Maybe a new feature culd be building foundation templates, the user can select the foundation size, and a set of squares, each representing a cell would appear, along with the show centre option, I think this will greatly help modders in placing their buildings correctly, especially if it can be applied to all frames at once.
