That you could garrison units into a slave miner, and have them output +1 slave. If the garrison then exits the structure - the slave related to the garrisontype dies.

This would be a rather complicated logic (for in my opinion something of dubious value). It would change the slave managing code to support a variable amount of slaves, tie specific occupants to specific slaves, and also support occupiable buildings to be undeployable. Quite complex.
