No! At least when I test BuiltAt in my barracks and dog kennel I found that any infantry trained will released on both structure. But when you disable quere built they seem respect to BuiltAt tag.

No! I just set BuiltAt=NAKEN on conscript and AI still trains them out of barracks but I can't.
I would like to request this feature to be completed.

As unknown said if you set AllowParallelAIQueues=no it will work correctly.

I set that. Is that under [GlobalControls]?

IIRC. During my test long ago,
AI would still be able to build infantry from kennel when it lost all barracks no matter if AllowParallelAIQueues enabled.

Yes that's what I got. AllowParallelAIQueues=no doesn't prevent it.
