not bad. it has a few things that could be improved, but it's already now a decent work.
things to improve
-remove the building from the activeanim and have the electric sparks only in it, so the anim can get UseNormalLight=yes so the lightning glows on dark maps
-the shadow frames could use color #1, not #12 for the shadows
-i think the colors could be a tad less bright on the metallic parts
-a reflection map on the metallic material would be nice to give it more the metallic effect rather than the current plain gray/white matte plastic material effect on the rings and sphere.
-since natsla and ngtsla are the same, you can remove all "na" shps and leave only the generic "ng" ones (rename one of the build up anims to have the ng prefix, since there is no generic version right now)
-the SHPs use glowing pixel (palette colors #240-#254) which should be replaced with normal colored pixel to not stand out on dark maps
-try placing some dark scorch marks on the damage frame to make it look more damaged. Also add more deformed parts and not only the center column slightly bend to the side. e.g. the base needs to be damaged too like cracks and broken off pieces lying on the ground _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
