XCC Mixer Error

i was trying to convert my new flag from shp to pcx in red alert 2 yuri's revenge but when i click on copy as pcx i get and error can someone help me ???

Try converting it into a different folder, you might not have permission or it is write protected etc. You can also using SHP Builder to export files if Mixer isn't working for you.

Google XCC Mixer tutorials, there are several webpages & Youtube videos that cover the basic usage of the program.
