Subject description: Help using the program

Dear PPM community,
I would like to make previews for Red Alert 2 & Tiberian Sun maps using map renderer so I kindly ask for your help on how to use the program step by step preferably (is installation required in a default RA 2 or TS folder, do you have to open the program as admin, do you have to make a print screen of your map and paste it in the program or you can just open the .yrm or .map with the program and it does the rest)?
Thank you in advance for your help and time.
Yours sincerely

Recently I posted a build from the latest source code here.

It is simple to make previews, steps:
- Unpack that map renderer to some folder of your choice.
- Run CNCMaps.Renderer.GUI.exe (admin permission may be needed as it writes the image file)
- On Main settings tab, select the folder of RA2 installation.
- Next select the map file.
- On Misc settings tab, check Squared start positions
- Check any other options you like if needed from any of the tabs
- Click render map.

Sometimes if a modified map of existing filename in game is there, the tool goes onto get the map name from csf strings, it may crash doing so. In such case, just rename your map filename and try.

If you are using like TSClient where mix files are in different folder than the INI folder, then you need to make a mod config file.

Dear E1 Elite,
Thank you very much for your reply and for the renderer itself. The program has been tested and it works without problems.

Yours sincerely
